Sage Studios is a boutique Reformer Pilates studio, located in Bilton (Rugby). With small group classes, our aim is to create a warm and welcoming environment, where every client feels comfortable and supported.
Whether it's your first time on the Reformer or you're a seasoned practitioner, our expert instructors will meet you where you are. With dynamic flows that will leave you feeling lengthened, strengthened and grounded.

At Sage Studios we use Hampton Reformers — studio-grade equipment designed for a smooth, controlled feel that makes every class better. They look great too, but more importantly they're built to last and a joy to train on.
We have 5 reformers in the studio. Deliberately small — so every person in the room gets proper attention, not just a spot in a crowd.
