Instructor
Emma
Emma first found her way to Reformer Pilates while rehabbing netball injuries. After falling out of love with the gym, she gave Pilates a go and instantly connected with the way it builds strength, control and confidence — without the need to rush or push through pain.
Now, her classes are all about that same feeling: helping you slow things down, switch on the right muscles and build strength that lasts. Expect a mix of controlled movements, a few shakes and plenty of encouragement to stay for just one more rep.
Emma's all about building strength and confidence one rep at a time. You'll feel supported, challenged and just a little surprised at what your body can do by the end of class.

Instructor
Laura
After years of a love-hate relationship with the gym and intense HIIT sessions, Laura discovered a new passion through the mindful movement of Pilates. Now, she brings that same sense of balance and intention into every class she teaches.
Laura loves to create a calm, welcoming space, where everyone feels comfortable — regardless of experience or ability. Her classes blend restorative stretches with controlled strength work (and maybe one too many pulses!). Expect slower, more intentional movement that still delivers that deep, satisfying burn. The kind of quiet calm that helps you reconnect with your body and uncover muscles you didn't know you had!

Instructor
Lucy
For years, Lucy dismissed her postpartum hip pain as something she'd always have to manage. It wasn't until a physiotherapist recommended Pilates that she began addressing the underlying causes and rebuilding her strength.
What started as a way to manage pain quickly became so much more. Through Pilates, Lucy not only found strength, balance and confidence — but also a space to slow down, switch off and reconnect with herself.
Now, Lucy loves helping others experience those same benefits. Expect supportive, strength-focused classes that leave you feeling stronger, more connected to your body and refreshed both physically and mentally. Lucy believes Pilates should be accessible, encouraging and enjoyable for everybody, regardless of experience.
