I've never done Reformer Pilates before — is that okay?

More than okay. Our Beginner class is built for exactly that. You'll get a proper introduction to the reformer, a clear breakdown of each movement, and an instructor who'll make sure you leave feeling good rather than lost. No fitness level needed — just show up.

Should I do Beginner before trying Mixed Level?

Not necessarily. Our Mixed Level class is designed to work for everyone — our instructors will tailor the movements to your ability, so you won't be left behind if you're just starting out. Beginner is a great option if you want a more structured introduction to the reformer, but it's not a requirement before joining Mixed Level.

06

How long is each class?

Every class is 45 minutes — long enough to get a proper workout, short enough to fit around your day.

07

Can I book a private session?

Absolutely. Private sessions are available as 1:1, 1:2 or small group, and every session is built around what you need. Great for working around an injury, preparing for something specific, or simply wanting a bit more one-on-one time. Drop us a message and we'll figure out the best option.

What equipment do you have?

We use Hampton Reformers — a top-of-the-range studio reformer with a smooth, controlled feel. With only 5 in the studio, class sizes stay small and every client gets proper attention.

09

I'm dealing with an injury or health condition — is Reformer Pilates safe for me?

In most cases, yes. Reformer Pilates is low-impact and puts very little stress on the joints, which makes it well-suited to people managing ongoing conditions or recovering from injury. We'd always suggest checking with your GP first if you're unsure. Our instructors will work with you to adapt anything that needs adjusting.
